A multi-random post.

I was wondering quite a few things yesterday so am going to post about said musings.

I want to know what knitting related books eeryone has, so if I have a look on ravelry and see a pattern I like, i know who has what book that I could maybe borrow and photocopy said pattern.

My books are as follows:

One Skien Wonders
SnB Nation
Knitting for Dummies
Knitted Accessories
Knitting workshop
Knitters Almanac
Nursery Knits
7 Day Afghans

If you haven't joined the waiting list for Ravelry, I suggest you do so, so many pretty things to add to your queue, lol

Another thing I was wondering, who all is still interested in teh Folk and Transport Day plus knitting with the Proms in the Park on 8 September?  I got 4 Prom tickets and there are now 2 left ( I have one, as does Nicky) so there's still 2 up for grabs. We may need to get more tickets if more than 2 people want to go but I can't get them since I already got 4 free ones.  I also got a couple of leaflets in Tesco on Friday for 2 for 1 into the Folk and Transport museum so all in all I'm reckoning it should be a cheap day out with dinner in Springsteens in Carrick... it'll also be an earlish day too... Proms gates open at 6.30 to let you find a dry spot of grass to sit on for the concert (which is over at about 11.15pm)

if you can let me know, that would be great as its only a few weeks away now and I hate being in limbo.
